About the Women's Alliance

Founded in the mid-1990s, The Women’s Alliance at Iliff is a dynamic group of volunteers that has included Iliff Trustees, faculty, staff, alumni/ae, and community members. Its focus has been on issues of importance for women and on uplifting a wide variety of women’s voices and expertise.

Sixteen years ago, the Women’s Alliance Steering Committee took action. They established a scholarship program specifically for full-time female students with exceptional academic standing (3.7 GPA or higher). Each scholarship empowers women to pursue their calling and positively impact the world.

Today, an incredible opportunity has emerged. The Erickson Family Fund has generously launched a Women’s Alliance Scholarship Challenge. Between now and the end of 2024, all donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $40,000. This means your gift has twice the impact on ensuring financial accessibility for deserving female students.

Imagine the difference $80,000 can make. This isn’t just about financial aid; it’s about fostering future leaders. These women will go on to serve diverse religious, secular, and academic communities, enriching society with their unique perspectives and dedication to social justice.

By contributing to the Women’s Alliance Scholarship Match Challenge, you’re not just supporting education – you’re investing in a future shaped by women with a deep understanding of social justice and spiritual values.
