Bio
Paula is a strategic global operations and financial officer skilled in managing complex business transactions and leading finance teams to deliver meaningful business results. Adept at influencing change in large corporate fortune 500 settings or small entrepreneurial organizations, Paula’s background includes in-depth experience in financial planning, analysis and operations management. As a corporate finance leader and consultant, she has successfully led large-scale global market transformational programs resulting in highly effective organizational designs, enhanced financial tools and processes, and improved profitability. Paula is respected for her expertise in M&A operational readiness assessments, strategic sourcing and supplier management, process improvement, and driving business results through acquiring, motivating and developing top talent.
She is a founding member of the Making A Difference (MAD) Community organization and an active volunteer and fundraiser working with like minded Coloradans in the past 15 years, who together have provided approximately 3,000 volunteer hours and made a financial impact of more than $1,400,000 to nonprofit organizations. Paula and her husband Keith live in Las Vegas, Nevada and Denver, Colorado.
